The founder of Crescent Realtors & Appraisal Service, Inc., is my father Duane P. Countess, AKA: Sparky, who brings over 35 years of experience of real estate brokerage and appraising to all of our clients. We are a locally owned, family business located in the most Northwestern corner of California in the town of Smith River. Crescent Realtors & Appraisal Service is a full service Commercial and Residential appraisal company serving Northern California and Southern Oregon, covering Del Norte, Curry and Coos Counties.
